**So we’re starting with new, but fairly straight forward strength movement here. But it can be super easy to fold over and round your back instead of hinging at the hips. And with the instructions ‘AHAP’, it can lead to those last few reps being jumped or kipped up to the body. We’re looking at a strict movement here, and coaches will be watching for any funny business.

Following it up with the benchmark girl WOD “Jackie”, a simple MWG workout. This is a deceiving one with high rep/low weight thrusters as your grip is taxed more than you think. As with going too heavy for strength, it can be easy with such light weight thrusters to shorting the ROM of the press or even not squat deep enough to get through it as quickly as possible. Don’t shortchange yourself.
