**Oh hai, running! Yep. Running. And heavy wall balls, and pull ups, and carrying things. This is a melting pot of either things you love or things you hate. But y’know what? Doing it will make you better at more than just these 4 things listed. Lose your grip on deadlifts? Heavy carries. Struggle keeping your chest up on front squats? Wall balls. Trying to get your first pull up? Get in some jumping pull ups. Doing 10 is easy for you? Do them strict. Sit in a chair for work? Open up your hips with running. A five round workout is tough because there’s no real halfway point. Keep chugging away on this and get in WELL UNDER the time cap.
