**So we’re using plates sans barbells today. Just mixing it up a bit and using everything at our disposal – dummbbells, kettlebells, dball, plates – and keeping your on your toes. Burpees are good and all, but there’s an added element of difficulty when you have to do them and jump over a bar (laterally or facing), to a specified height, onto and/or over a box, or onto something much shorter. Same with the remaining movements. You should notice a slightly different shoulder position when holding a barbell, DB or KB (1-arm or both arms up) – is one more difficult than the other? A good way to assess mobility issues, too.

Just a good little chipper to get you moving early in the week. Keep grinding through it. Remember, the faster you go, the sooner it’s over.
