**Starting off the week with a long chipper of a workout. You’ll work together with a partner continuously alternating the 5 movements for 20 minutes. I’d like for you to partner with someone who isn’t equal to you in all movements or who isn’t your ‘gym bae’. It’s okay if you’ve got double unders and you don’t, it’s okay if you need to scale the snatches and they can do them Rx, and it’s okay if neither of you have chest to bar pull ups. What’s great about CrossFit is that all movements can be scaled, but I’d like to see everyone getting hands on the rig vs doing ring rows.

What I like about this workout is it gives you a chance to partner up with someone you normally wouldn’t and plug away at a workout as quickly as possible. Rest is determined by how long it takes you or your partner to complete each task – you might whip through some movements and others you might need to take some additional time each round, but you’ll get at least 2-3 chances to do everything listed.
