*Continuing doing some push/pull work for strength. Looking at the burpees and rowing, I’d like you to shoot for a minimum of 5 rounds. That’s a challenging number of burpees, and it’s a tough combination with rowing since you are doing a lot of flexion, but don’t be intimidated. I’m throwing down 5 rounds for you to get.. so pull up your britches and do what you can to get AT LEAST 5+1.
