Old City will be hosting a Whole-30 Challenge.

What’s a Whole-30 Challenge? That’s a good question.

Whole-30 is a challenge to redefine your eating habits for a whole 30 days. It’s 30 days of no sugar, no booze, no processed foods, and a whole lot of health.

Basically, the goal of Whole 30 is to remove all the bad food from your diet, then give your body to recover from all the effects of the bad food. This is straight from the Whole 30 Site:

“Strip bad foods from your diet completely. Cut out all the psychologically unhealthy, hormone-unbalancing, gut-disrupting, inflammatory food groups for a full 30 days. Let your body heal and recover from whatever effects those foods may be causing.”

This is exactly what we’ll be doing.

Starting with our kickoff meeting on Jan 21st from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, we’ll challenge you to go 30 full days eating only Whole-30 Approved Foods (there are a lot more choices than you think!).

There will also be a daily accountability log, a private FB group, as well as unlimited email/phone access to your Whole-30 Coach.

At the end, we’ll have a few prizes, but the real prize will be finally conquering your health!
