Last Wednesday, February 17, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Old City Coach Shauna Marshall, led the Mom’s of Old City CrossFit in a discussion and information session about pregnancy and postpartum health and recovery.
Shauna talked about the benefits of and how to safely CrossFit during these times. She also discussed posture, standing, pelvic health, and answered an array of questions about specific situations.
After Shauna returns from having her baby, she’ll hold more session like this and see patients!
