When I asked for a picture of Jen doing something athletic, she sent me a picture of herself in high heels. She says it’s athletic, I’ll just have to take her word for it! Meet Jen!
When she’s not being super athletic in her stilettos, Jen is a freelance sign language interpreter.
She loves her job because it takes her to different places every day. Sometimes she’s in a federal agency, a university, or even on a cruise to the Bahamas! When she’s not interpreting she can be found on the beach where she is making waves with her new found love for surfing.
(Now do that in heels and I’ll be impressed.) Her love for surfing and her ability to sign inspired Jen to put the two together and start a Deaf Surf Camp. It looks awesome, and next year it will be in Costa Rica.
