The swim clinic is for swimmers of all ability levels, from advanced to beginner, who can swim unassisted across the pool.
The Agenda for the Clinic will be as follows:

9:15 – 9:45: Center of Buoyancy vs. Center of Mass + drills and pool work.
9:45 – 10:15: Making connections with arms, head, and hips + drills and pool work.
10:15 – 10:45: Front Quadrant Swimming. How to catch and anchor your arms + drills and pool work.
10:45 – 11:00: Time and energy permitting, a short SwimWOD (a swim workout with a little bit of CrossFit sprinkled in).
This swim clinic will be led by ASCA Level 2 Coach Willie Scofield. Coach Willie is a great swimming resource! He has over 10 years of competitive swim coaching experience at the age group and collegiate levels. Old City Owners Erin, Sean were both All American swimmers who swam at the Naval Academy and will be helping to coach the clinic as well. Last, but not least, Old City coach Meg will be there as well. Meg swam for Lycoming University, and is an ASCA Level 1 swim coach.
Willie, Sean, Erin, and Meg are looking forward to guiding you through this two hour clinic! Regardless of your ability level, you will leave this clinic with the knowledge and ability to continue improvements in your swimming. Who knows, you might also have some fun!?
