Gymnastics Program!

For most people gymnastic’s movements are the most difficult movements to learn. They require a dedicated focus on technique and balance, and require a very specific set of hard-to-develop muscles. It’s because of these challenges that we created our Gymnastics Program. This program runs every Saturday at 11:15 am, but it’s really more than a once-per-week type thing. Coach Sean Chua works with you individually to develop a plan for you to achieve your goals.

This program has been going on for a couple months now, and people are really starting to see results. Take Ted for example:

“I started attending Old City’s gymnastics program with a few particular movement goals in mind and with Sean Chua’s coaching and customized program, I was able to reach my initial goals in a few weeks. After expanding my goals to include a broader set of movements, it didn’t take me long after that to realize that I was gaining more than a checkmark next to my wish-list.

I began to understand how body position, core strength, technique, practice and mobility are integral parts of every movement I perform in and out of the gym. Beyond getting my first strict muscle up, the Gymnastics program has taught me to approach every workout in an entirely new way.”

And Ted is by no means the only one seeing results through focusing on Gymnastics. Here’s what Dave has to say about it:

495 as Smart Object-1
“I use Gymnastics Open Gym to make the movements I find difficult more accessible. The individual attention I get from Sean C. gives me a path I can follow to mold my struggles into strengths. It helps me improve my technique and conditioning so my goats don’t get in the way of my goals.”

Ted and Dave are just two of the many people seeing great results through gymnastics training. Email [email protected] for more info. If you’re a member, then you can use this program for absolutely free.
