For most people gymnastic’s movements are the most difficult movements to learn. They require a dedicated focus on technique and balance, and require a very specific set of hard-to-develop muscles. It’s because of these challenges that we created our Gymnastics Program. This program runs every Saturday at 11:15 am, but it’s really more than a once-per-week type thing. Coach Sean Chua works with you individually to develop a plan for you to achieve your goals.

This program has been going on for a couple months now, and people are really starting to see results. Take Ted for example:
