**These movements are some of Coach Jen’s favorites, as are multiples of the number 7. “All In” is a saying that has been with her since her days of triathlons and ultra running. If you’re going to do something, go ‘all in’.

**And if you have a Buff/neck gaiter/bandana – Coach Jen’s most recognizable piece of apparel – wear it! Joggers and a hoodie are optional, but she does consider it scandalous to expose her wrists and ankles!
