Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had great weekend and enjoyed these sweltering summer temps! I’ll take it a bit longer, and I love me some sweatah weathah, but I could do without the mosquitoes until then. Could we get at least a *little* bit of a break?? Also, one time I sprayed a mosquito with mosquito repellent, and now it has no friends.

Monday – Old City Benchmark #4

Tuesday – An AMRAP and an EMOM that includes rowing, double unders, KB swings, and air squats.

Wednesday – Squat day – week 4 – so look to increase your 90% 1RM to use on the 5/5/5+ rep scheme. And thrusters.

Thursday – A take on CrossFit Open WOD 19.3.

Friday – Clean and jerk strength work, followed by squat cleans and pull ups.

Saturday – Partner workout with deadlifts and rowing.

Sunday – Yoga at 10:45; Gainz Club at noon. Otherwise, try to take a rest day!
