Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had great weekend. I’m in the process of moving, so lots of step ups, deadlifts, and weighted carries happening. I’m earning that protein shake for sure!

Short on updates because we have the next newsletter coming out on Friday, July 1st.


Pride Shirts are IN!

New batch of shirts and tanks are in! We’re trying to first get replacements to those that previously bought one, so please be patient. We’ll get to the new buyers this week.


Weekend/Holiday Schedule

We will be closed on Monday, July 4th.
Regular class schedule Friday and Saturday (July 1st and 2nd), but NO yoga on Sunday, July 3rd.

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Bench press heavy 3 with some hang power cleans and box jumps.

Tuesday – Benchmark girl WOD “Diane” followed by some EMOM accessory work.

Wednesday – Push/Pull/Core work with dumbbells and bands, followed by a partner rowing/kettlebell workout.

Thursday – Front squats followed by a bike and Dball couplet.

Friday – Long workout with pull ups, double unders, and squats.

Saturday – Power snatch EMOM, adding weight to the bar, followed by a triplet using only a bumper plate.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! Take care of your body! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
