**There’s a lot happening here to open the week. There are two couplets sandwiched between some running, which opens and closes the workout, and is separated by another lap. The weights and reps are designed for you to finish each round in under 1 minute, so this is more about cardio and strength. All reps should be done unbroken. The burpees over the bar (the rep finishes when you jump over the bar a 4th time) might slow some people down, but try to keep these reps done in pairs. The goal is finishing under 30 minutes.
