**Getting in a true gymnastics/weightlifting/cardio workout today. The time domain is set, leaving it up to you to do the WORK. Cycle from one side of the gym to the other, moving from the rid to the DB to the rowers. The DB work will be completed as 6 reps/arm – completing all 6 reps before moving to the other arm. Shorter range of motion for the weight to move, so utilize that hip extension (you’ve seen a lot of it this week) to help get that DB to the shoulder and then overhead. Can you complete 7 rounds?
