Heads up for those who read the monthly newsletter to find out about the benchmark girl WOD this month, we’ll be doing it NEXT week.

Programming this week has a decent amount of overhead work – pressing, pushing, holding, snatching, jerking.. all the things! Be sure to take care of your shoulders, lats, and upper back.

Let’s see what’s coming up this week..

Monday – Deadlifts.. kinda tough to start the week with deadlifts.. but.. none the less, deadlifts. Deadlifts in the workout, too! So all the deadlifts!

Tuesday – Handstand push up work with a gymnasty triplet workout with pull ups and jumping lunges.

Wednesday – Long workout inspired by CrossFit Open WOD 17.5.

Thursday – Push press strength day – more going overhead, but we’ve got some squats and core work to get the lower half involved a little more.

Friday – Double strength snatch day with some overhead squat and behind the neck work.

Saturday
– A variation of “Fight Gone Bad”.

Sunday – Rest Day! Relax, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
