**I love these interval workouts. You get in a long workout, but it allows you to do intense work for a sustained amount of time. You won’t get to recover fully in the 1 min rest, but try to cover the same amount of ground each round. It can be easy to sprint out of the gate, but those cleans will catch up to you.. or the burpees.. or the doub-.. well, you get the point. Everyone will have a movement that’s their weakness, but make that your focus of this workout. Struggling with cleans at this weight? Do 1 rep each round. That many double unders leaves you in fits? Do half as many each round. Burpees? Do them.
