8 DB Burpee deadlift – 50/35
**Starting off, and spending the majority of the time, on picking up some heavy weight. Let’s get stronger, peeps.
We’ll follow up the strength portion of the day by still picking up some heavy weight off the ground, but this time it will be in the form of a couple dumbbells, and will come after doing a burpee. You have a short run to start each round and only 8 reps each of the DB burpee deadlifts, and that should be just enough of a sprint to make you feel alive.
