*Get strong. As with the back squats, sticking with the 3s on deadlifts. Lift more weight than you did last time we did deadlifts.
The workout pairs together two higher skill gymnastics/bodyweight movements. One person works while the other rests. Ah, but they aren’t really resting as they have to hold a Dball at their stomach. Going back to the movements, as with last Saturday’s muscle ups and heavy clean and jerks, these might be two you’ll look at and think ‘I can’t do either of these movements’. That might be true, but use this as a chance to get better at them. Scale one or both as necessary, but still make them challenging yet doable.
