**Going overhead again. Yesterday in the workout we had some shoulder to overhead (S2OH) with the Curtis Ps, but today we’re only giving you one option on how to get the barbell overhead. On the strict press, only the arms move the weight. That doesn’t meant that the lower half isn’t working! Keep a solid foundation by bracing super tight, rooting your feet into the ground as you PUNCH the barbell overhead. Five reps gets heavy pretty quickly, so be a little conservative if you’re new to CrossFit or you know you have limitations in strength and mobility when going overhead.
