Hey Old Cityzens!

I hope everyone had a great weekend, enjoyed some time outside, and avoided the rain. And even if you didn’t, what’s a little rain or some extra time inside? *shrug*

Quick note about our schedule for Monday – Indigenous Peoples’ Day – NO CHANGES. It is a Federal Holiday and occasionally we take some classes off the schedule to let the coaches enjoy some time off, but not today! So come early, come often, but make sure you reserve your spot in class through Zen Planner.

It was mentioned in the newsletter that we’d have a Girl WOD coming up this month, and you’ll see it at the end of this week.

Got your merch yet? Check out the tshirts and hoodie we have hanging up front. Plenty of sizes available (in mostly the tshirts), and they are super comfy! I have about 2 of everything, and have a designated ‘house hoodie’ that I’ve been wearing all day. Talk with a coach so they can grab your size(s) so you can look FRESH this fall!

Monday – Handstand push up practice, a chance to get inverted, and a dumbbell + ply box workout.

Tuesday – Cranking out our double strength day early and the week, and working on snatches as well as strict/weighted pull ups.

Wednesday – Long workout (AMRAP) with rowing sprints and heavy cleans (ladder).

Thursday – Back squat day, so take care of your legs after yesterday’s squat cleans.

Friday – Strict press EMOM and some double unders.

Saturday
– Our second long workout, and we’ve got some running, deadlifts, and pull ups for ya.

Sunday – BodyweightWOD – Join Jess in the park (check FB Group for more info), socially distanced with a friend, or on your own.
