I hope everyone had great weekend and enjoyed a little time out in the sun.


CrossFit Open – DONE!!

Congrats to everyone that tackled Open workout 23.3 last week. Wall walks, dubs, snatches.. and handstand push ups (hand release) if you made it that far??? *phew!*

Reminder that scores are due by 8pm on Monday, and Coach Jen will have until Wednesday at 8pm to validate the scores.

A couple events to point out are coming up NEXT weekend – March 18th and 19th. On the 18th is a mobility workshop with ClareMotion Physical Therapy. And on the 19th, Coach Jason will be holding a Q&A session for anyone that might be interested in learning more about what it’s like to be a coach at Old City and eventually joining our coaching crew. Check ’em out!

 

Let’s see what’s coming up THIS week..

 

Monday – Back squats for 3 followed by a triplet of burpees, swings, and goblet squats.

Tuesday – Romanian deadlifts, and the return of our benchmark workouts starting with bike sprints.

Wednesday – Long workout featuring wall balls, box jumps, and toes to bar.

Thursday – Double strength day with split snatches and hip thrusts.

Friday – Incline DB bench press followed by a couplet of devil’s press and double unders.

Saturday – Partner workout with biking, pull ups, and deadlifts.

Sunday – Rest Day! Phew! We also have Yoga at 10am and Gainz Club at 11am. Otherwise, try to relax a bit, and we’ll see you back in the gym tomorrow!
