Muscle Up Seminar

Old City’s one and only Sean Chua will be hosting a Muscle Up seminar this Saturday (Feb 20th) from 2-3 pm. This seminar is only available to unlimited members and is 100% free!

Have you been working on Old City CrossFit’s Pull-Up Power Program to get your very first pull-up and now you’re ready to sign up for the CrossFit Open!  Wait, you’re not signed up for the open because you don’t know how to do a muscle-up?  NO WORRIES, Old City CrossFit’s got your back!  On Saturday, February 20 from 2-3 pm, coach Sean C. will be hosting a muscle-up seminar!  Topics to be covered at the seminar:
  • Safety
  • False Grip
  • Start & Finish Positions
  • Transition
  • Strict Muscle-Ups
  • Kipping Muscle-up with false grip
  • Kipping Muscle-Up with no false grip
  • Stringing muscle-ups together
The focus of this seminar is in learning muscle-up technique. Please only register for this seminar if you are able to complete 5 Strict Pull-ups & 5 Strict Ring Dips.
