**Real quick distinction between 1 and 2. For the 1st strength portion, we’ll be increasing the weight that we use until you can’t do the complex three times. It’s power clean/front squat, power clean/front squat, power clean/front squat. For the 2nd strength movement, you might take 1-2 sets to find a weight to work at, and then stay at that same weight for all four working sets.
