**Deadlifts on deadlifts. This can be a tricky day with a decent amount of volume, especially if you experience low back tightness on deadlift days. And you’ve been seeing them a lot recently, so get in some extra warm up and mobility time to get ready to move weight off the ground.

The timed workout also has a max reps scoring component to it, too. Plan on finishing the workout in 8-10 min (faster? cool!) and then you get to do some power cleans. Same weight on the bar for both deadlifts and cleans.
