**Wrapping up the week with our long workout. Today we’re going overhead a couple times with the power snatch and push press, and including some gymnastics and monostructural/cardio work with toes to bar and a lil’ 200m jaunt. Notice that you’ll be running after every round, so you’ll get in 7 runs for almost a metric mile. And if you’re planning on joining us next Thursday for the 5k, count this as a training run!

Keeping the weight light today, so you should be able to cycle the movements fairly quickly. This will give you a chance to get in some extra work on the toes to bar. It can be tempting to scale this movement to something fairly easy to get through due to the high number of reps that start the first three rounds. Instead, think about breaking up each set into three sets of 7,6,5, etc.. or another manageable set/rep scheme. Not only will this keep your form in check, but also your grip.
