I apologize for the delay in this posting. I was out “regularly learning and playing new sports”.

Also, registration for the CrossFit Open is now LIVE. Check out this link for more information about the Games and the Open. The first workout will be announced February 23rd. More information to follow about when we will be doing the workouts.

And a reminder about the schedule this week
Monday, MLK Day – normal except NO 8pm
Friday, Inauguration day – normal except NO 930, NO NOON.

Here are the workouts for the week.

Monday – You should be getting used to EMOM workouts such as this – completing a set amount of work in 20-45 seconds and repeating on short rest.

Tuesday – Quite the opposite of Monday’s workout with some basic movements. A good time to work on virtuosity.

Wednesday – Squat day with a good, challenging workout to follow. Don’t hate me for last week’s front squats. You like heavy lunges, yes?

Thursday – More of a gymnastics focus today. Bring your jump rope, too.

Friday – A CrossFit classic workout. Almost fitting for Inauguration day.

Saturday – Deadlifts and some dumbbell work.
