Wazzup Old Cityzens!

What a great weekend! Thanks to all of those who made it out to the holiday party last night. Such a great time!

First off, as it has become quite the discussion in the AM classes, if you ever find yourself having to stop mid-workout to tie your shoes, check out this link which explains the difference between a Granny knot and a square knot. Talk about a mind blowing life hack!

Reminder of the new schedule that went into affect last week, which includes the following changes..

Wednesday – no 6:15 Yoga
Thursday – no 5am, no 8pm
Friday – no 7pm
Sunday – no 8am, no 9-11am open gym

And as always, there is *still* no 8am class during the week.

Onto the workouts for this week..

A little clean and jerk work to get things started along with an “easy” partner workout.
Speed things up on Tuesday and work on that grip strength as well.
Wednesday and Thursday are a couple classic CrossFit workouts. If you have your own rope, bring it Wednesday. If you have lifting shoes, bring them Thursday.
A nice little triplet on Friday with some heavy KB swings, then get to know the “Bear” on Saturday.
