As if hiking the Acadia National Park wasn’t hard enough on its own, Greg decided to do it with his son strapped to his back.  Before we start handing out Father of the Year awards to Greg, his wife is quick to point out that “someone had to carry the food and water.”  Regardless of who had it worse off that day, one thing’s for sure – that’s one lucky little boy (oh to be two again…).  And we’re one lucky little gym.  Ladies and Gentlemen, our newest Founding Father, Greg:

When Greg isn’t out being a bad-ass dad to two little boys, he spends his days as a project manager for an environmental consulting company cleaning up soil at DoD installations around the country.  That’s right folks, Greg is the reason the 5 second rule is 10 seconds on DoD installations world wide.  As if that wasn’t enough, Greg also bears a striking resemblance to the Man of Steel Himself:

Super Greg

Yeah.  I went there.  Give this man a cape.  He walks up a mountain so that his son can take his afternoon nap with a view; his profession is to clean dirt; and he looks like Superman.  We’re honored to have this super hero as a Founding Father of Old City CrossFit.  Thanks for being awesome, Greg!
